170 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 170 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 170 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 170 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

170 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure platform security and compliance with company policy. This includes copies of your identification card, utility bills, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in transaction limits being imposed or temporary account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

170 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or security concerns are detected, without prior notice. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with established procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 170 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and responsible purposes. The following are not permitted:

  • Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage over other users.
  • Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the functioning of the 170 platform in any way.
  • Creating more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
  • Using another person's account without their explicit consent.
  • Taking any action that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to the intended purpose of those offers.

Any violation of the rules above may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and claims for damages where applicable. 170 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users found engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity on this platform.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 170 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts payments via approved methods including bank transfers through FPX, e-wallets such as GrabPay and Boost, and other methods that may be added from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit are legitimately yours. 170 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the required verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 170 account. If the names do not match, your withdrawal may be placed on hold until additional verification is provided.

Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply for each payment method. These limits may vary based on your account tier and verification status. The latest limit information can be viewed in your account settings after logging in.

The 170 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 170 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party websites. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

170 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
